Sealing Devices Chairman & CEO recognized among Western New York’s most influential leaders
LANCASTER, New York — March 25, 2026 —Sealing Devices is proud to announce that Terry Galanis Jr., Chairman & CEO, has been named to Buffalo Business First’s 2026 Power 250 list, ranking No. 166 among Western New York’s most influential leaders.
The annual Power 250 highlights individuals who are helping shape the future of Buffalo and Western New York through leadership, business growth, community involvement, and regional impact. Terry’s recognition reflects his longstanding leadership at Sealing Devices, as well as his broader contributions to manufacturing, education, and philanthropy across the region.
Under Terry’s leadership, Sealing Devices has continued to grow as a family-owned manufacturer in Lancaster, serving critical industries while expanding its operations and investing in its people and facilities. Terry currently serves as Chairman & CEO of Sealing Devices, a company with roots dating back to 1963 and a long-standing presence in Western New York.
