JANUARY 13, 2026 – Lancaster, NY – Sealing Devices Inc., a leading provider of sealing solutions and value-added manufacturing services, has announced plans for a future expansion at its Lancaster facility.
The proposed expansion includes a 9,600-square-foot office addition and a 40,180-square-foot production area addition, increasing the building’s total gross floor area to 136,404 square feet. The addition is planned to connect a recently acquired building to an existing facility, creating improved internal flow, accessibility, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
“This planned addition is about supporting the continued growth of our business and making it easier for our teams to work together,” said Elizabeth Galanis, President of Sealing Devices. “Connecting these areas of our facility is expected to improve productivity, enhance accessibility, and provide additional space to support future operations.”
Montante Construction has been selected to handle the project.
