Gore® PMF100570 Gearbox Vent
- Improve component reliability: GORE® Protective Vents for Gearboxes (PMF100570) has an integrated membrane that effectively blocks contaminants — like water, dust and dirt — that can degrade the performance of oilcooled traditional and e-motors and other e-drivetrain components as well as gearboxes. The integrated pre-filter protects the membrane from internal oil aerosol that would quickly degrade a standard membrane vent.
- Preserve seal integrity: At the heart of these vents is the breathable GORE Membrane: It equalizes pressures under both normal and extreme operating conditions, to avert stress on seals.
Rogers Bisco HT-800 Silicone Foam
BISCO HT-800 Medium Cellular Silicone is a versatile, medium firmness silicone. HT-800 silicone foam leads the market in sealing and protecting outdoor communication, electronics and lighting enclosures. HT-800 silicone foam’s superb memory and low stress relaxation reduces maintenance costs from gasket failures caused by compression set and softening. Its compact cell structure and unique formulation provide enhanced sealing against penetration from fine particles and wind-driven rain and fire. It also offers shock reduction and vibration isolation in electronic components and transportation vehicles.

3M VHB Gaskets
3M™ 4926 VHB™ Tape – 0.015″ is an acrylic foam tape that provides high-strength bonding and effective gasketing for gearbox covers and housings. Its conformable design ensures a tight seal, even on irregular surfaces.

- Excellent resistance to vibration, moisture, and thermal cycling
- Conforms to uneven surfaces for a secure seal

Loctite 3321 Light Cure Adhesive
Loctite® 3321 Light Cure Adhesive is a UV/visible light-curing adhesive ideal for high-speed, automated assembly of gearbox components. It delivers strong bonds with clean, precise application.

- Typical uses: shaft collars, housing seams, and gearbox assembly
Freudenberg BAUMSL Rotary Oil Seals
Freudenberg BAUMSL Rotary Shaft Seals are built for high-speed rotary applications, protecting gearbox shafts by keeping lubrication in and contaminants out.
